Anyone over the age of 18 with a valid form of ID can request a DNA test. For minor children, a parent or legal guardian can request a test for the child. They must attest that they are the parent or legal guardian when the test is sent for processing. 

Larch Mobile DNA will meet you at an agreed upon location to conduct the DNA test confidentially. The results can be emailed directly to the person that requested the test or the person that is being tested as soon as the results are processed. The results can and will be shared ONLY upon request of the individual.
