Refund and Cancellation Policies

In an effort to assist our clients in an efficient and professional manner, the following policies are in place. Please make sure you are aware of our policies prior to booking your test. Please contact us at customerservice@larchdna.com with any questions.

We understand life happens. Tests are available for booking up to two hours in advance and we offer one courtesy reschedule. If the appointment must be rescheduled again, you will be charged a $50 reschedule fee. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

Once your test is scheduled and confirmed, if for any reason our collector is unable to meet the scheduled time, we will make every effort to reschedule for another convenient time. We will refund your booking amount less any processing fees in the event we are unable to accommodate. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. 

No refunds for completed tests.
